Inclusion Criteria
1.Age group of 60-70 years of both genders included.
2.MMSE score more than 23
Exclusion Criteria
1.Any musculoskeletal impairments, such as a recent fracture, joint replacement, significant pain, or muscular weakness in the past.
2.Any neurological illness causing balance problems, such as CVA or vestibular disorder, in the past.
3.Unstable cardiorepiratory condition which may interfere with training.
4.Any visual or auditory impairment.
5.Psychiatric illness.

Name Time Method 1.Single-leg balance with eyes open and close (Static Balance) <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>2.Time Up and Go Test (Dynamic Balance) <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br> 3.Fall Efficacy Scale-International (FES-I):Timepoint: All the outcome measures will be taken pre intervention i.e. on 1st day and post intervention i.e. after 6 th week.
