•1.Patients admitted in intensive care units of AIIMS and Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma centre of AIIMS.
•2.Subjects who are conscious and able to communicate in English and Hindi.
•3.Subjects who are willing to participate.
•4.Subjects who are hospitalized for more than 2 days.

•Subjects with following conditions will be excluded from the study:
•1.With ear injury, hearing impairment, eye disease or injuries, phlebitis or cellulitis, blood clots, contagious skin conditions, eczema and other skin lesions, high fever, mental impairment, chronic condition and unconscious.
•2.On mechanical ventilators.
•3.Not willing to participate in study.
•4.Taking medication for sleep.
