Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients aged 19 – 75 years undergoing elective VATS thoracic surgery for 1 hour or longer under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •BMI \> 30 kg/m2,
- •airway deformity,
- •Those who cannot unilateral lung ventilation,
- •heart failure ,
- •Those with large bullae or pneumothorax,
- •circulatory disorders or peripheral neuropathy of the upper extremities,
- •hemoglobinopathy,
- •pregnant or lactating state
