Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients aged between 18 to 60 years posted for elective surgery of the upper limb under brachial plexus block.
- •2\.ASA grade I/II
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with a known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic agaents.
- •2\.Patients with diabetes mellitus.
- •3\.Patients with peripheral vascular diseases and vascular injuries or malformations.
- •4\.Patients with B/L Upper limb trauma.
- •5\.Pregnant patients.
- •6\.Patients with mental illness
- •7\.Patient refused to participate in study
