- •1.Patients aged between 18 to 60 years posted for elective surgery of the upper limb under brachial plexus block.
- •2.ASA grade I/II
排除标准
- •1.Patients with a known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic agaents.
- •2.Patients with diabetes mellitus.
- •3.Patients with peripheral vascular diseases and vascular injuries or malformations.
- •4.Patients with B/L Upper limb trauma.
- •5.Pregnant patients.
- •6.Patients with mental illness
- •7.Patient refused to participate in study
