Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients aged between 18 to 60 years posted for elective surgery of the upper limb under brachial plexus block.
  • •2\.ASA grade I/II

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with a known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic agaents.
  • •2\.Patients with diabetes mellitus.
  • •3\.Patients with peripheral vascular diseases and vascular injuries or malformations.
  • •4\.Patients with B/L Upper limb trauma.
  • •5\.Pregnant patients.
  • •6\.Patients with mental illness
  • •7\.Patient refused to participate in study
