入选标准
- •1. Patient of age group 25 years to 65 years of either sex.
- •2. Patient having any of the following symptoms of Janu sandhigatavata ( Osteoarthritis of knee joint ) such as pain , swelling , stifness or crepitus.
- •3. Patient having chronicity of Janu sandhigatavata less than 4 yrs.
排除标准
- •1. Patient suffering from paralysis.
- •2. Patient having septic arthritis specially tuberculosis, brucellosis, pyogenic osteomyelitis etc.
- •3. Patient of Rheumatoid arthritis, gout, Ankylosing and traumatic arthritis etc.
- •4. Patients having neoplasm of spine & other complicated diseases like CCF, DM, Malignant HTN etc.
- •5. Patient with extreme reduction of joint space. 6. Patient with bony deformity.
