Inclusion Criteria

1. Patient of age group 25 years to 65 years of either sex.

2. Patient having any of the following symptoms of Janu sandhigatavata ( Osteoarthritis of knee joint ) such as pain , swelling , stifness or crepitus.

3. Patient having chronicity of Janu sandhigatavata less than 4 yrs.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patient suffering from paralysis.

2. Patient having septic arthritis specially tuberculosis, brucellosis, pyogenic osteomyelitis etc.

3. Patient of Rheumatoid arthritis, gout, Ankylosing and traumatic arthritis etc.

4. Patients having neoplasm of spine & other complicated diseases like CCF, DM, Malignant HTN etc.

5. Patient with extreme reduction of joint space. 6. Patient with bony deformity.
