入选标准
- •Age 18 to 80 years-old
- •- Patients who have arterial and central venous catheter at the time of enrollment
- •- Patients who are applied the mechanical ventilator
- •- Patients who have stable vital sign and no more need for continuous blood pressure monitoring
排除标准
- •- patients who have thrombocytopenia (less than 20,000 /L) or bleeding tendency which hinder arterial vascular catheter insertion
- •- Patients who do not need any blood gas analysis test during intensive care unit management
- •- Patients who expected to decease within 24 hours in intensive care unit
- •- Patients who do not have arterial and central venous catheter at the time of enrollment
- •- With out informed consent
- •- Patients with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO)
- •- Patients who are not applied mechanical ventilator at the time of enrollment
- •- Patients who with unstable vital sign
