Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •for test group A and B, presence of severe periodontal disease, women in their first trimester of pregnancy, women willing to sign written informed consent form, singleton gestation.
- •For control group, women in their first trimester of pregnancy with out periodontal disease, women willing to sign written informed consent form, singleton gestation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •presence of systemic diseases which can affect pregnancy,presence of fetal abnormalities,high risk pregnancies, women receiving periodontal treatment,women receiving mouth rinses and antibiotics
