- •Children less than 12 years of age scheduled for elective thoracic surgery under ASA 1 2 and 3 physical status.
排除标准
- •Patients refusal Patients with coagulopathy Patients with vertebral deformities.

Safer placement of caudal epidural
时间窗: At the time of placement of epidural catheter. Considered Day 0.
次要结局
- Compare infection rate(Till the time of removal of epidural - 72 hours.)
