1. Persons who are 19 years of age or older at the time of consent.
2. Persons with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (including autism and Asperger's disorder).
3. Persons who are able to use the application for remote mindfulness training.
4. Those who are able to prepare a telecommunication environment to receive remote mindfulness training.
1. Those who have received mindfulness training prior to obtaining consent.
2. Those who routinely engage in mindfulness training.
3. Those who have post-traumatic stress disorder or dissociative disorder and may experience dissociation or flashbacks when mindfulness training is conducted.
