1. Meet the diagnostic standards of western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine for stroke;
2. Aged 60-75 years, and gender is not limited;
3. Mild cognitive impairment: MOCA< 26 points (if the number of years of education is less than or equal to 12 years, one point should be added to the examination result);
4. Balance function: Berg score 21-40;
5. Both the patient and his legal guardian agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
1. Patients with aphasia and hearing impairment who cannot communicate with others in normal speech;
2. Serious bone, joint and muscle diseases;
3. Patients with liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening diseases and mental disorders;
4. Education level than primary school;
5. Currently participating in other clinical trials;
6. Currently taking medications that improve cognitive function.
