入选标准
- •All the children admitted with acute lower respiratory tract infection (ALRI) will be enrolled in the study provided the inclusion & exclusion criteria have been met.
排除标准
- •1. Children who are <2months old and > 5yrs.
- •2. Children who have received Vitamin A or zinc in last 2 months.
- •3. Children who are suffering from measles associated pneumonia, and non infectious etiologies of pneumonia such as oil instillation/kerosene aspiration.
- •4. Presence of chronic lung disease (bronchiectasis, chronic cough)
- •5. Presence of other significant systemic diseases
