Inclusion Criteria

patients having sign and symptoms of mutrashmari is included viz. pain in the region of umbilicus, perineum and dome of the bladder, experience od severe pain on movement of the urine is included.

patients of both sexes above the age of 18 years irrespective of religion, socioeconomic status and occupation

patients having renal/ ureteric/ bladder calculi with or without mild hydronephrosis

patients complaining burning or dribbling micturition or both

Exclusion Criteria

individuals with complications related to kidneys/ ureter / bladder.e.g. acute renal failure, chronic renal failure, polycystic kidney diseases, impaired renal function, etc.

patients of ashmari having systemic diseases like, IHD (ischemic heart disease), RHD (rheumatic heart disease), AIDS (acquired deficiency syndrome)

other chronic diseases like TB (tuberculosis) etc

pregnant women and lactating mothers & children below age of 18 years

patients having moderate or severe hydronephrosis

patients will be dropped if they developed any complications during the course
