入选标准
- •Maintenance Hemodialysis patient
- •Serum 25(OH)D < 30 ng/ml
- •Vintage of Maintenance Hemodialysis over 3 months
排除标准
- •Patient who is on active vitamin D sterol(calcio, bonky, zemplar)
- •Patient who is on Cinacalcet
- •Liver cirrhosis
- •Acute or Chronic infection patient (Pneumonia, Diabetic foot etc, any acute infection 1 month before participating the study or more than 3 months of chronc infection)
- •Anti-inflammatory medication or steroid (1 month before the study)
- •Hypercalcemia (>10.6mg/dl)
- •history of Urinary stone
- •Intact PTH over 800 pg/ml
- •Chronic inflammotry disease or auto-immune disease
- •On immunosupressant drugs
- •History of kidney transplantation
- •History of Parathyroidectomy
- •Impossible to participate the study determined by the investigator
