In all of the evaluated patients, the bacterial load was significantly reduced in the transition from S1 samples(mean:27600 cfu/ml) to S2 samples( mean:2570 cfu/ml). in the TSI group(S1 Sample mean:16700 cfu/ml,S2 sample mean :2490 cfu/ml) in the CI group (S1 Sample mean:38100 cfu/ml,S2 sample mean :2660 cfu/ml) No significant difference was observed between the two groups in the comparison between the groups (p value greater than 0.05).

入选标准
- •1. Necrotic single-rooted and single-canal teeth confirmed clinically and by pulpal sensitivity tests,
- •2. PAI index less than 3,
- •3. Teeth with pocket depth not exceeding 3mm,
- •4. Teeth that do not show any curvature in the radiography and whose root canal can be followed,
- •5. Permanent teeth with complete root development,
- •6. Teeth that can easily reach the apex with 15 K file,
- •7. Patients between the ages of 18-65,
- •8. Teeth that have not undergone endodontic treatment before
排除标准
- •1. Patients who did not agree to participate in the study
- •2.Patients with any systemic disease,
- •3. Patients who have received antibiotic treatment in the last week,
- •4. Patients who are pregnant or suspected of pregnancy
- •5.Teeth with excessive crown destruction that does not allow rubber-dam placement,
- •6. Teeth with root fracture or pathological mobility,
- •7. Presence of any resorption in the related tooth,
- •8.Patients with swelling and palpation,
- •9. Patients who can not be completed in a single appointment
- •10. Patients whose sterility sample (after access cavity preparation) did not give negative results for bacteria,
- •11.Patients whose infected sample (before root canal preparation) did not show a positive result for bacteria
