Married women with reproductive age of 18-45yrs
Women with regular menstrual cycle
On per speculum examination, hyperpigmentation (reddened area) or eroded area around the cervical external os.
Vaginal discharge
•Vaginal itching
•Lower abdominal pain
•Lower backache
•Patients who are willing to go for relevant investigations with written informed consent.
•After delivery till 12 weeks
•Pregnant females
•Patient with history of long term use of combined oral contraceptive pills.
•Patient with ongoing treatment for various systemic disease like HTN, DM, Tuberculosis.
•Patient with ongoing treatment with antibiotic or antifungal medicines.
•Patient with PID, HIV, HBsAg, VDRL, genital cancer.
•Second and third-degree prolapse.
•PAP Smear – CIN – II, III, IV
