Inclusion Criteria
class I occlusal caries; with pulpal exposure between 0.5-1mm. sufficient tooth structure for restoration. class I occlusal caries; with pulpal exposure between 0.5-1mm.
Exclusion Criteria
Presence of spontaneous pain, tenderness to percussion, abscess, fistula, periodontal tissue swelling, or abnormal tooth mobility. Obliteration of the pulp and root canal, or Presence of radiolucency at the furcation and periapical region.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Cases having pulpal exposure more than 0.5-1mm will go in for immediate root canal therapy. <br/ ><br>Cases showing clinical or radiographic symptoms for failure of vital pulp therapy will also undergo root canal therapy.Timepoint: one three and six months
