Inclusion Criteria
Patients having skeletal classII and classIII deformities requiring bimaxillary or maxillary or mandibular surgery consisting of Either setback or advancement of jaws.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with severe orofacial abnormalities such as cleft lip and palate.
