Inclusion Criteria

Adult > 20 year, Chronic kidney disease stage 5 (GFR<15 ml/min/1.73m2), Follow up pre-dialysis care and has the GFR value at least 1 year before reach
stage5 CKD

Exclusion Criteria

CKD patients who do not visit regular nephrology care and there was no data of eGFR
for analysis, CKD patients with onset of AKI leading to decrease of eGFR below 15ml/min/1.73m2
