Inclusion Criteria
PATIENT WITH MILD TO MODERATE PTOSIS
PTOSIS LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 3 MM PTOSIS
LPS ACTION MORE THAN OR EQUAL TO 8 MM
UNILATERAL PTOSIS
POSITIVE PHENYLEPHRINE TEST
Exclusion Criteria
Complicated ptosis. Ptosis MRD1 >4mm.LPS action <4mm.Acquired ptosis. Residual ptosis. Pseudoptosis. Poor bell’s phenomenon. Dry eye. Corneal pathology.Age less than 4 years.
Mechanical,myogenic & neurogenic ptosis.
