1. Referred for diagnostic cardiac CT
2. Fulfil definite Task Force Criteria for arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy
3. Implantable cardioverter defibrillator
4. Aged 18 years or older

Exclusion Criteria

1. Renal insufficiency
2. Pregnant women
