Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.The students whose age between 17-22 years.
- •2.The students who have regular menstrual cycle of 28-32 days.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. The students who are on treatment related to reproductive disorders.
- •2. The students who have any known case of pelvic pathology.
- •3. The students who have chronic disease conditions and are not able to take part in physical activity or sports.
- •4. The students who are doing regular exercising and athletes.
