- •Healthy subjects; male; age between 18 and 25 years; do not practice physical activities regularly. more than 150 minutes per week.
排除标准
- •Lumbar disease; cardiac arrhythmia; convulsion; gastric problems; use of nutritional supplements or ergogenic aids; structural or functional deformities; cognitive problems; smoking; use of tricyclic antidepressants; use of caffeine-containing medicines; hypertension; diabetes; BMI over 25; phobia for blood collection.
