  • 1. Patients with newly diagnosed de novo AML (including all cytological subtypes M0-M7);

Exclusion Criteria

  • First randomization:
  • 1. Patients with a concurrent active malignancy, except stage I cervix carcinoma and basocellular carcinoma;
