AComparative Study To Evaluate The Efficacy Of Shothahar Mahakashaya &Kanchanara Kashaya In The Management Of Dhatvagnimandya Vikrati(Hypothyroidism)
In this trial :
-
Group A 20 clinically diagnosed and registered patient of hypothyroidism will be given Panchkol Churna 3 gm orally twice a day before meal with 40 ml anupana of Shothhar MahaKashaya.
-
Group B 20 clinically diagnosed and registered patient of hypothyroidism will be given Panchkol Churna 3 gm orally twice a day before meal with 40 ml anupana of Kanchanar Kashaya.

入选标准
- •Patients willing for the trial.
- •Patients between the age of 18 to 60 years of either sex.
- •Patients who are newly diagnosed of Hypothyroidism with increased TSH levels.
- •Subjects coming with chief complain of unexplained weight gain constipation hoarseness of voice fatigue.
- •Subjects detected with TSH 7 to 20 mIU per L.
排除标准
- •Patients below the age of 18 years and above 60 years.
- •Patients suffering from congenital hypothyroidism and secondary hypothyroidism.
- •Subject having multi neoplasm, toxic goitre is excluded.
- •Patients who have undergone any type of thyroid surgery.
- •Pregnant and lactating women are excluded.
