•1.Selection of patients will be done irrespective of sex, age, religion, occupation, economic and educational status
•2. As per WagnerÃ¢â?¬•s classification ulcers of Diabetic foot with
•Grade1: superficial ulcers involving full skin thickness
•Grade2: deep ulcers, penetrating down to ligaments and muscles but no bone involement
•3.Patients with diagnosed case of diabetes mellitus and having Dushta vrana w.s.r Diabetic foot ulcer.
•4.Patients on medications (Oral antidiabetic drugs / Insulin) with controlled diabetes mellitus. Ã¢â?¬â?¹

•1. As per WagnerÃ¢â?¬•s classification ulcers of diabetic foot with
•Grade3: deep ulcers with cellulitis or abscess formation often with osteomyelitis Grade4: localized gangrene
•Grade5: extensive gangrene involving the whole foot
•2.Patients with conditions like malignancy, Tuberculosis, Leprosy, Syphilis, HIV, HbSAg, burn wounds and other uncontrolled severe systemic disorders.
