Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) grading I â?? III Physical status
2.Patients required general anesthesia with orotracheal intubation
3.EI-Ganzouri risk index (EGRI) between 1- < 7
Exclusion Criteria
1)Age < 18 years, pregnant or lactating women
2)Undergoing emergency surgery
3)Patients required rapid sequence induction
4)Need for awake tracheal intubation
5)BMI < 18.5 to > 35
6)Tracheal intubation with other than PVC ET tube
7)Patients requiring nasal intubation
