Inclusion Criteria

Participants in the obesity therapy program Leipzig Obesity Management who have completed at least two years of the behavioral therapy arm. Participation may have occured within either the original four-year outpatient or the two-year partial hospitalization treatment program. Also included are individuals who participated in the one-year DOCWEIGHT®2.3 outpatient program.

Exclusion Criteria

- bariatric surgery
