Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged between 18\-34 years old
- •2\. Participants had at least 1\-year smartphone usage experience
- •3\. Total time on smartphone use at least 4 hours per day
- •4\. Presented experience of pain intensity between 3 to 6 (mild to moderate) on the visual analog scale (VAS) during past 3 months
- •5\. Presented total score of the neck disability index (NDI) ranged below 40%
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Participants had a history of the neck or shoulder surgery including any condition contraindicating to the stretching exercise
- •2\. Participants had any other treatment for neck pain within the past month, such as manipulation, ultrasound diathermy, medication, etc.
- •3\. Participants have been reported underlying of the disease or disorder with limit the exercise performance (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, degenerative disc diseases, shoulder diseases, heart diseases, asthma, and neurological deficits)
