  • •2\) patients unwelling for surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) patient suffering from any other systemic disorder for eg \- diabetes , hypertension
  • •2\)suffering from infective disorder for eg \- hepatitis , tuberculosis , hiv
  • •3\)external thrombosed piles mass
