Patients aged 19 to 75 who visit Eunpyeong St. Mary's Hospital and undergo surgery under general anesthesia, whose type or scope of surgery can be terminated within 2 hours and 30 minutes.
? Patients who are expected to have a difficult airway
? If there is a risk of difficult airway
? If there is a tumor or abnormal structure in the mouth
? lung and pleural disease
? upper respiratory tract infection
? a hemodynamic unstable patient
? a patient with elevated brain pressure
? Patients whose electrocardiogram is not normal sinus rhythm on preoperative examination
? Unstable angina, left ventricular ejection fraction < 40%
? a serious vascular disease
? pacemaker/defibrillator
? an autonomic nervous system disease
