入选标准
- •Patients diagnosed with both heart failure and type 2 diabetes mellitus
- •Patients aged 18 years or above
- •Patients willing to provide informed consent
- •For Dapa (+) group: Patients already on dapagliflozin 10 mg once daily as part of their treatment regimen
- •For Dapa (-) group: Patients not receiving any SGLT2 inhibitor.
排除标准
- •Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus
- •Patients with severe renal impairment (eGFR less than 30mL per min)
- •Patients with documented hypersensitivity or contraindications to dapagliflozin
- •Patients with acute coronary syndrome within the past 3 months
- •Pregnant or lactating women
- •Patients with malignancy or life-threatening conditions
- •Patients unwilling to provide informed consent
- •Patients unable to comply with follow-up requirements.
