- 20Y to 0 (—)
Inclusion Criteria
- •Being 20 years or more; having obesity without indication for bariatric surgery; being frequent in Program' activities (that is, participation in at least one exercise class in the month before the begging of data collection); having desire and willingness to participate in groups on six months or more; and being in the stages of change from preparation with high self\-efficacy or action or maintenance to reduce body weight
Exclusion Criteria
- •Being pregnant and/or having cognitive difficulties that make impossible to answer the questionnaire
