Name Time Method The objective of this study is to polarize peripheral blood-derived monocytes into the M4 phenotype for downstream analyses. Herein, in vitro calcific potential as well as quantitative and qualitative EV release by this phenotype compared to M-CSF-induced monocytes shall be investigated.
