- •Healthy singleton pregnancy after spontaneous conception or after fertility treatment with Six to fourteen weeks of gestation with signed informed consent.
排除标准
- •Previous bariatric surgery;
- •â?¸ Known pre-existing diabetes mellitus or under treatment with metformin;
- •â?¸ Known chronic infection like hepatitis or HIV or chronic kidney, liver or heart disease;
- •â?¸ Known maternal history of hypertensive diseases in a previous pregnancy and now under prophylactic acetylsalicylate treatment;
