入选标准
- •Primipara mother of singleton pregnancy at term admitted with cervical dilatation of 4 - 5 cm or more in labour room. Mother who are provided with standard routine care of inj Tramadol 50mg IM during labour and are planned to undergo spontaneous vaginal delivery. Mother with no medical and obstetrical co-morbidities.

- •Mother is not willing to participate and the Mother with hard of hearing or hearing impairment.
