Inclusion Criteria
Adult men and women aged between 18 and 59; be literate; have access to and mastery of internet use.
Exclusion Criteria
Professionals or students in Nutrition or Psychology; have psychiatric disorder in the acute phase; practitioners of mindfulness, meditation, yoga or similar, in the last 6 months (with formal practice at least once a week); pregnant; have cognitive difficulties that do not allow the understanding of the issues of the instruments used in data collection.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected that the practice of Mindfulness and Mindful Eating will help the perception of the body and emotions, and thus provide the individual with the possibility of more conscious food choices and body attitudes, evaluated through self-administered questionnaires: Questionnaire of the Five Facets of Mindfulness, Mindful Attention Awareness Scale and The Eating Motivation Survey.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected that there will be an improvement in the level of psychological well-being, assessed through the Psychological Well-Being Questionnaire.;It is expected that there will be an improvement in the levels of satisfaction and body accuracy, verified through the Figures of Silhouettes Scale.;It is expected that there will be less consumption of alcoholic beverages, verified through the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test.
