Inclusion Criteria
1st 2nd & 3rd degree hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoids with bleeding pain or itching
Fissure in ano with bleeding pain or itching
Pre surgical patients of piles and fissures
Exclusion Criteria
1Congenital haemorrhoids
2Fibrotic anal stenosis
34th degree hemorrhoids
4Complicated hemorrhoids viz- thrombosed etc
5Secondary hemorrhoids or anal fissure (associated with systemic diseases)
6Fistula-in-ano
7Ano rectal abscess
8Severe anemic patients (Hb% < 7gm %)
9Concomitant severe decompensated systemic disease (cardiovascular renal hepatic endocrine hematological neurological immunological)
10Unwilling patients
