- BMI > 27 kg/m2 (adults)
Exclusion Criteria

pregnancy, breastfeeding
-
patients with:
- heart failure
- impaired hepatic or renal function
- anaemia
- disturbed coagulation
- infection, malabsorption
- severe hypertension
- any other endocrine disorder
