Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Parents who owned a smart phone, tablet or computer and have access to the Internet.
- •Parents who are willing to participate and provide information at scheduled follow\-up points.
- •Parents who have good command and understanding of the Malay language.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Parents who are digital illiterate.
- •Parents who have children with developmental delays.
- •Parents who are currently receiving professional assistance for their own and/or their child’s mental health problems.
