- •patients between 12 to 80 yrs with confirmed dengue infection will be recruited
排除标准
- •Fever duration more than seven days
- •Dengue infection without a warning sign
- •Patient with co-infection( malaria,scrub,leptospirosis and Japenese encephalitis)
- •Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- •Hypersensitivity to doxycycline
- •Patient with oesophageal dysmotility
