- •Willingness to participate in the study
- •Have undergone blood transfusion at least once every 6 months and at least once a week
- •Having a thalassemia medical record
- •Have a minimum literacy

- •Severe and chronic diseases such as cancer that can not be studied
- •Drug addiction (false impact on research units)
- •Severe mental illness and severe frustration
