Patient (aged 20-80 years with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status from I to III) scheduled for elective arthroscopic shoulder surgery at Chungnam National University Hospital(Daejeon, Republic of Korea) will be provided written informed consent.
Patients will be excluded if they refuse to block, have known lung disease, sepsis status, pregnancy, allergy to amide local anesthetic drug, have experienced neck surgery, have known neuropathy, chronic pain syndrome, In-house staff and students in a hierarchical relationship, patients with cognitive impairment
