Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 College going girls having symptoms of cyclic mastalgia
- •2 Age group between 18 and 25 years
- •3 Females who is having regular menstrual cycles of 28\-30 days
- •4 Those who are willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Participants in other therapies for pain like aerobic exercises, regular stretching exercises, and using pain medications.
- •2 Any cardiac, respiratory or orthopaedic problems.
- •3 History of breast surgery
- •4 Regularly involved in sports training.
- •5 Any metabolic disorders such as hyper/hypo thyroidism, PCOD
