Inclusion Criteria
1. Primary molars with vital carious pulp exposures that bleed upon entering the pulp chambers.
2. Teeth that could be restored with stainless steel crowns.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Presence of spontaneous pain, pain on percussion, history of swelling or sinus tracts.
2. Radiographic signs of internal / pathological external resorption, widened PDL spaces and furcation radiolucency.
3. More than one third physiologic root resorption.
