- •ASA 1 or ASA 2 patients undergoing elective total laparoscopic hysterectomy
排除标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patient refusal to participate.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Known hypersensitivity to local
- •anaesthetic and opioids.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patient having an infection at the site of
- •intervention.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Patient having spinal deformities and
- •previous history of spine surgery.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients on anticoagulation therapy.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients with untreated psychiatric
- •illness that would interfere with pain
- •perception and assessment
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients with history of drug or alcohol
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients with BMI > 30kg/m2
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients with symptomatic cardiac and or
- •respiratory disease.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Regular use of opioids
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢History of shoulder trauma or surgery
