? Male patient who visited urology department with overactive bladder according to ICS criteria or
male patients who visited urology department due to lower urinary tract symptoms and patients with overactive bladder according to ICS criteria despite of a-blocker treatment
? Patients with an OABSS total score = 3 and No. 3 (urgent urine) = 2 score
? Those who have voluntarily agreed in writing to participate in this study
? Patient whose bacterium is cultured by urinalysis
? Patients with urethral or bladder neck stenosis
? Patients with urinary stones
? cancer in urinary tract
? Patients with urethral diverticulum
? Patients with Tuberculosis
? Patients with a history of pelvic radiation therapy
? Those who can not follow up until 3 months after treatment
