入选标准
- •1. Adult patients (>= 18 years old)
- •2. Critically ill patients needing emergent tracheal intubation in ICU
排除标准
- •1.Tracheal intubation performed in the out-of-ICU/hospital setting
- •2.Tracheal intubation during cardiac arrest.
- •3.Patients with age <18 years
- •4.Elective tracheal intubation(for e.g for diagnostic/surgical procedures)
- •5.Patients on vasoactive medications at the time of screening
- •6.Hypotension (SBP <90) at screening
- •7.Hypertension(SBP >140)at screening
- •8.Urgency of tracheal intubation precludes performance of study procedures
- •9.Operator feels administration of a fluid bolus vasopressor is strongly indicated or contraindicated
- •10.Inability to obtain consent from the surrogate
