Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Primary hypertensive patients in the age group between 18\-45 years on conventional treatment.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants with the following conditions will be excluded:
- •1\.Patients with diagnosed secondary hypertension.
- •2\.Patients with previous history of cardiovascular disease (stroke, myocardial infarction)
- •3\.Pregnant females/Lactating females
- •4\.Patient with history of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
- •5\.Patients on hypolipidemic drugs
- •6\.Patient with any other acute or chronic medical/surgical/Psychiatric illness
- •7\.Patients already performing yoga or any other deep breathing exercises.
