Inclusion Criteria
healthy controls without Asthma or allergies in good general health condition. Asthmatic patients with and without immunotherapy with stable status of their Asthma bronchiale.
Exclusion Criteria
-severe, instable Asthma
-other chronic respiratory diseases except for allergic Rhinitis
-other chronic diseases or Long-term medication except for atopic eczema

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The aim of this study is to have a better understanding of the regulatory role of cytokines, chemokines and their receptors in Asthma. They are often overexpressed in allergic Asthma. In cell culture Experiments PBMC are treated with different Stimuli and their gene Expression will be analyzed.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The data from this study should be used to gain new approaches and targets for Asthma therapy.
